To apply character restoration.Please follow the steps below after purchasing:.

Purchase this item and discard it from your inventory. Submit a request to the official website through "Item mall (I) → Report" or the "Issue Report" on the official website.

Note that only characters at level 6 or higher are eligible to apply.
Only characters that have been deleted for less than 30 days are eligible to apply.
All characters within the same account can apply for the service. For example, if you use character A to discard the item, you can apply for restoration with character B.
The maximum number of characters per account is 3. Please make sure you have enough character slots before applying.
The processing time for the case is approximately 1 to 3 business days.
