To apply item restoration, please follow the steps below after purchasing:

Purchase this item and discard it from your inventory. Submit a request to the official website through "Item mall (I) → Report" or the "Issue Report" on the official website.

Please note that the discard operation should be performed with the character that originally possessed the item.
Item restoration is only available for items mistakenly sold or deleted within 30 days.
Items transferred to other characters cannot be restored.
The processing time for the case is approximately 1 to 3 business days.
