Unbinding blue quality Appearances is possible, and during Unbinding, no Foundry Boost, Refine, Level, or Enchantment effects will be retained. There is a 100% success rate when unbinding.
These Scissors can only unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when transferring ownership.
