Premium Appearances Scissor

You can unbind blue-quality Appearances, but when Unbinding, no Foundry Boosts, Refine, Level, or Enchantment effects will be retained. There is a 50% chance of successful unbinding.
These Scissors can only unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when transferring ownership.
