Appearances Phantom Scissors

You can Unbind Appearances of gold quality or below. When Unbinding, no Foundry Boosts, Refine, Level, or Enchantment effects will be retained, and there is a 5% chance of success when unbinding.
These Scissors can only Unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After Unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when changing owners.
