Appearances Jade Scissors

You can unbind Appearances of orange quality or below. When unbinding, no Foundry boosts, Refine, Level, or Enchantment effects will be retained. There is a 5% chance of successful Unbinding.
These Scissors can only unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when transferring ownership.
