Appearances Scissor

You can Unbind blue quality Appearances, but when Unbinding, no Foundry Boosts, Refine, Level, or Enchantment effects will be retained. There is a 5% chance of successful Unbinding.
These Scissors can only Unbind Appearances with the "Unbindable" flag.
After Unbinding, the Appearances will not transfer any dye effects when transferring ownership.
