You will gain Character EXP scaled in proportion to your character level. Moving will cancel training. Training steadily reduces the durability of the Hourglass. Once durability reaches zero, the Hourglass will expire. The full training process provides Class EXP equal to completing 10 same level daily quests! This effect is not altered by EXP boosting items.
